FLOW

Hot Flow Yoga

This class is creative and unique, and will flow from pose to pose using heat to warm the muscles allowing a deeper stretch. Invigorating!

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Our soothing gentle hatha class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace – allowing ample time to enjoy each pose.

KARUNA

Karuna Yoga

This unique class is designed to bring harmony between Yin and Yang energies, tensile strength and flexibility of connective tissues as a system that works together. Using fascia release balls and weighted props in postures, you will find a balance that brings integrity to the body and a feeling of centred-ness.

Hot Karuna Yoga

A synergistic experience of the body and mind in perpetual motion to create space at every angle of movement. By moving beyond typical postural pathways we can develop balance and resiliency regardless of what angle life comes at your from.

Warm Karuna Yoga

The simplicity of this practice makes it magical. A completely different approach to movement, working with the tensegrity of the body to keep the pliability in movement and the strength and structure of the whole. Use props to release tension and build strength to develop a deeper centre of self physically and energetically.

YIN

Hot Yin Yoga

A slow, deep practice that increases flexibility by stretching and stimulating the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Postures are held to encourage a deepening of awareness in the body.

Warm Yin Yoga

Enjoy this relaxing practice by candlelight. Working with the Yin energy which is passive and calming we open into the connective tissues releasing and lengthening to create space and tranquility.

Yang/Yin Yoga

Push your edge with this combination of active Yang and passive Yin. During the Yang portion of the class, we flow from pose to pose to stimulate the flow of energy to condition the muscles. The Yin portion will stretch the connective tissues by holding the poses for a longer period of time. The class is designed to bring balance to your yoga practice and your life!
