This class is an opportunity to explore movement and mindfulness for teens age 12 – 15 and is a fun way to practice yoga in a meaningful way.
A wonderful class for moms, prenatal yoga can offer a supportive way for you to connect with your body and baby by providing a gentle and effective practice. During pregnancy, yoga helps build muscular strength and flexibility, develop balance and coordination, increase circulation and promote relaxation.
